I'm a Senior Product Designer based in Tokyo. I specialise in turning complex systems into intuitive, simple experiences. I believe that when users feel empowered, the business wins too.

My approach is rooted in observation. Montessori education taught me that the best solutions come from watching how people actually behave, not assuming how they will. I absorb the "messy" details, technical constraints, data architecture, and business requirements, to ensure the user never has to. A simple experience is difficult to design, but that invisible effort is where I excel.

My path to UX wasn't linear, but it was intentional: 

• Creative Leadership: I spent a decade as a Head of Costume Design for global TV advertising, mastering stakeholder management and high-pressure delivery across Sydney, LA, and NYC.

• Entrepreneurship: Running my own business taught me that customer satisfaction isn't a "soft goal"—it’s a growth engine.

• Proven Impact: Since pivoting to UX in 2021, I’ve designed compliance tooling for NAB, modernized self-service flows for 1M+ RACV members, and led an award-winning accessibility redesign.
