- In depth research and testing conducted with target demographics
- Implemented design solutions from test synthesis into prototype

Challenges:
- Design required to be compatible with screen readers and to meet WCAG ‘AA’ level of conformance

Outcomes:
- Optimised the app to recognize and operate with the use of assistive technology, as well as different device system languages
-Won SILVER at the Better Future GOV Awards 2023
