My Role: UX Researcher
- Interviewed customers who were integrating PEXA's APIs with their systems
- Synthesised findings to create a customer journey map which visualised the typical process and experience of API integration
-Facilitated planning of client's roadmaps

Challenges:
- Due to my limited understanding of the technical terms, offerings, and functions of the APIs, I collaborated with the client's SMEs for support and expanded my knowledge base. This growth enabled me to successfully interview the customer's technical managers about their experience.

Outcomes:
- Delivery of journey map and recommendations deck defined scope and impact areas
- Presented client with a roadmap assisting in a better understanding of areas for potential optimisation
